Update to iOS 10.01
I Cannot connect to ios10.01 on my iPad mini please help
iPad Mini, iOS 9.3.3
The iPad 2, 3 and 1st generation iPad Mini are all excluded from upgrading to iOS 10.
They all share a less powerful 1.0 Ghz CPU that is not fast enough to even run the basic, barebones features of iOS 10.

If you connect your iPad Mini to a computer running the latest iTunes version, you maybe able to update to the most recent and compatible version of iOS 9 which is iOS 9.3.5, which was a critical security patch release
